An idea submission...Minimum range. Thankfully it's going away in MoP, but for the time being I still hate raiding when "Alright, everyone stack tight." And you have to stand far away so you can still hit the boss, and most likely be just out of the healing AoE. -_- Or when you have no choice but to stack with everyone you just stand there meleeing so you feel like you're at least doing something. xD
